Each house is personal, and built with you, your families and lifestyles in mind.

About Us

Focussed on delivering best in class homes to the people of Yorkshire, we put design and craftsmanship first in order to ensure each V&A Home is perfect before the keys are handed to you.

Being a smaller developer enables us at V&A Homes to offer a more personalised experience throughout the home buying process. We recognise that buying your next home is one of the biggest investments you will make in your lifetime and are passionate about making sure you feel great about it at each step of the way. With schemes in place to help with financing your new home, selling your current home as well as providing a 10-year warranty as standard on all V&A new homes we are set up to support you each step of the way.

We go the extra mile to maximise light, space and storage.

Lifestyles are ever evolving and our team are committed to designing homes around the fundamentals of how we now live as families or individuals. Market research tells us that most people prefer open plan living which is why most of our homes are designed to provide exactly that. We also recognise individual tastes and requirements so try to offer you choice whether it be finish of kitchens, flooring and layout of rooms if you can reserve early.

Victoria Denman

Co-founder and Director of V&A Homes

Victoria has come back to her beloved Yorkshire following a career in Global Sales and Marketing at brands Burberry, Google, Microsoft and Motorola. Obsessive about the final product and how that works for modern lifestyles, she is determined that every single V&A Home is something she herself would be proud to call home today and in years to come.

Victoria and the V&A team are eager to understand the needs of the individuals and families that will live in V&A Homes.

“We conceived of V&A Homes in order to provide the people of Yorkshire with the home of their dreams within their price range. It’s all about listening to our communities and responding with agility that will set us apart. We are a family business with a passion for quality. It’s this along with our focus on ‘lifestyle planning’ that we hope will be evident in every detail of every home we take to market.”

Aiden McManus

Co-founder and Director of V&A Homes

Since graduating from Leeds University, Aiden has dedicated 20+ years to building the Bradford based family business that now provides jobs for 300+ people and turns over c.£45+m. “ At V&A Homes we are all about offering our customers much more for their money. We obsess over quality and it’s my team that ensures that’s possible within your budget. As a family business we have the benefit of being agile enough to ensure we spend the time required to get it right.”

He returned home to Yorkshire, having also spent many years in the North East, where he now lives with his wife and three young sons.

“Spacial design is my background and seeing it play out is my passion. V&A Homes is a business that allows me to push the boundaries of what’s possible through that process . We approach the design phase with curiosity and look to deliver something just a little bit special whatever the price range. Once designed I also oversee putting the theory in to practice in infinite detail.”
