Being a smaller developer enables us at V&A Homes to offer a more personalised experience throughout the home buying process. We recognise that buying your next home is one of the biggest investments you will make in your lifetime and are passionate about making sure you feel great about it at each step of the way. With schemes in place to help with financing your new home, selling your current home as well as providing a 10-year warranty as standard on all V&A new homes we are set up to support you each step of the way.

Lifestyles are ever evolving and our team are committed to designing homes around the fundamentals of how we now live as families or individuals. Market research tells us that most people prefer open plan living which is why most of our homes are designed to provide exactly that. Since graduating from Leeds University, Aiden has dedicated 20+ years to building the Bradford based family business that now provides jobs for 300+ people and turns over c.£45+m. As Managing Director of the Construction Group Aiden has successfully launched and overseen a number of businesses that continue to grow within the group.

As Commercial Manager, John is committed to ensuring your V&A Home exceeds your expectations in every way. He has built outstanding relationships with our partners and suppliers thus ensuring every physical item is of the highest standard. Originally from the North East of England he first moved to Yorkshire to study Quantity Surveying at Leeds and has since settled in Wetherby.

Originally from the South of England Fran has travelled the world as a Global Marketing and Customer Care specialist and come to the conclusion that Yorkshire is the place to be! She is responsible for customer care from the time a customer makes contact with V&A. She is passionate about what makes a house a home and is always there to help.

Richard Watson
Development Manager
Achieving two first class honours degrees in Architecture and membership of RIBA, Richard brings a wealth of design experience and understanding to our team which allows him to work with our external design teams to deliver the highest quality design concepts for all V&A Homes. He is skilled in transferring our aspirations into reality through the construction process thus ensuring the end product is as we want it for your arrival. He returned home to Yorkshire, having also spent many years in the North East, where he now lives with his wife and three young sons.

We approach the design phase with curiosity and look to deliver something just a little bit special whatever the price range. Once designed I also oversee putting the theory in to practice in infinite detail.”
Richard Mitchell
Operations Manager
Hailing from and living in North Yorkshire with his wife and son, Richard has over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry in various leadership roles. As Operations Manager for V&A Homes, Richard is responsible for the overall delivery of each development project. Excellent technical knowledge alongside rigorous attention to detail allow him to ensure each home is completed to the standards we expect at V&A Homes and so perfect for when you take ownership and are met by our team for your welcome tour of your new home.

Jonathan Milnes
Health and Safety Manager for V&A Homes
Jonathan has worked in the Construction industry for 15 years, with hands on experience in managing projects across multiple sectors. Having worked for the Moortown Group for the past nine years, Jonathan has taken responsibility for Safety, Environment and Quality matters, becoming their Group Health, Safety and Environment Manager. Jonathan strives to ensure that the business remains at the forefront of safety innovation, and aims to achieve an exemplary standard of safety for V&A Homes.
Dave Pullman
Technical Manager for V&A Homes
Dave definitely wins the prize for most diverse experience here at V&A Homes and that’s what makes him unique. Projects he has worked on range from building oil rigs, helicopter pads and new facilities for the RAF as well as multiple shopping centres, hotels, houses and hospitals.
Now Technical Manager for V&A Homes, Dave is critical to our bespoke design process thereby enabling us to offer you a well made investment in a V&A Home. He challenges the norm and questions whether there’s more that we can offer at every stage. He models our projects up front so the team can work to ensure it’s perfect at the hand over stage.
Graham Hunt
Group Finance Director at V&A Homes
A Chartered Accountant with an Honours Degree in Business Studies, Graham has spent over 30 years, at Finance Director level, in the Construction industry and has spent the last eight with Moortown Group helping to drive and grow the success of that business. We are thrilled that he now brings his vast experience, pragmatism and technical knowledge to the V&A Homes team.
